Our wedding coordinators are ready to assist you in every step of the way by guiding you through the different wedding venues, facilities and menus to suite your specific needs.

Our wedding tariff is R 250.00 pp to include the following:

-         Function – main course

-         Welcoming drinks for guests on arrival

-         Fruit juice or punch at ceremony and main reception

-         Champagne at reception (1 bottle per table)

We also charge a fee of R 4000.00 for :

-         Venue hire

-         Table cloths

-         Overlays

-         Napkins

-         Waiters

-         Barman – cash bar facility

-         Backup facility in case of rain

Luiperdskloof has four different camps offering accommodation for 82 guests (beds in total)

1)  Kiepersol	14 en-suite chalets (sleeping 2 each)
2)  Jakkalsbessie	5 en-suite chalets (sleeping 2 each)
3)  Tree Lodge	3 wooden cabins (sleeping 2 each)
4)  River Camp	5 chalets with two en-suite bedrooms and a bunker bed ( sleeping 6 each)

We offer SPECIAL bed and breakfast packages FOR ALL WEDDING GUESTS at the following rates:

1)  Kiepersol	Room 1-10 @ R 250.00 pp sharing
2)  Kiepersol	Room 11-14 @ R 285.00 pp sharing
3)  Jakkalsbessie	@ R 285.00 pp sharing
4)  Tree Lodge	@ R 250.00 pp sharing
5)  River Camp	@ R 185.00 pp sharing
6)  Hadida	@ R 1500.00 per night (sleeping 8 with 4 rooms of which 2 rooms are en-suite)
