Rates Exclude:

·          All drinks (Full bar service available)

·          Canoes, fishing gear, Mountain bikes

·          All Teambuilding activities i.e. Abseiling, Clay Pigeon Shooting (Quote on request)

General Conditions:

Check in time: 14H00, Gate opens at 07H00

Check out time: 10H00, Gate closes at 19H00

No music after 22H00 at chalets.

Tariff Change:

Tariffs quoted are subject to change without notice, however confirmed bookings will be honoured.

Children:

·          We regret no children under the age of 12 can be accommodated dinner, bed and breakfast options other than in River Camp.

·          Above 12 years pay full adult rate.

·          2 – 12 years pay 50% of the adult rate for meals.

Terms & Conditions:

·          All rates are per person per night sharing.

·          Rates are subject to change without notice.

·          A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is payable along with any extras when departing from the lodge unless other arrangements have been made.

·          When cancelling a reservation an administration fee of at least 25% will be charged with further cancellation costs incurred determined by the time of notice given.
